U.S. Army & Farmers & Outlaws & Sherrif | The Cook's Return

This Wild West game was played on 2004-11-26 at Matthias' old place using Sixgunsound-Rules (set in ' Wild West ') and 28mm miniatures. This report was written by Matthias.

This battle was fought in 2004, but for whatever reasons I did not complete the after action report back then. Now, 8 years later, I found the files on my computer and added them to the list of the AARs here. Unfortunaltely, the information saved was not complete, the scenario description is missing as well as the composition of the 4 player gangs. I added what I remembered, which honestly was not much... I also was not able to allocate the notes to the correct pictures any more.

Briefing

SitRep

After the Cook made it's escape in the last encounter, he hurried back to his starving mates.

They were very relieved to have him back, but still did not have anything to eat. So two days later they set out to get some foot. In a nearby town there was a Saloon who surely had some supplies in its storeroom. They needed to get off the board as many of them as possible.

The farmers went into town to get back some money from the bank and needed to get off the board with as many sacks as possble. (I cannot remember the exact reason, something about a deal were they felt they were cheated.)

I cannot remember at all what the objective of the Army was.

The Sherrif of course needed to protect the town, together with all the righteous citzens.
