Corporate Marine Platoon

Corporate Marines are stationed on Space Ships as onboard security personel and boarding parties. They are also used as quick reaction forces to imminent crisis, as being stationed on starships they can reach hot spots much quicker than the Corporate Security Forces (SecServ) which first must embark.

Additionally, the Marines are much better trained for warfare than SecServ, who's main duty is to guard installations.

The Platoon is led by a Lieutnant accompanied by a Boatswain acting as his RTO and 2nd in command. Additionally, a Sniper with the rank of Master-at-Arms is allocated to a platoon which organizationally belongs to the Platoon Lead element, in combat he acts independantly, though.

The Lieutnant commands two Squadrons.

A Squadron consists of three Decks led by a Master-at-Arms or a Boatswain. Each Deck is led by a Leading Marine, commanding three soldiers with the rank of Marine or Able Marine.

Each Deck includes a support weapon (SAW, Plasma Gun or Missile Launcher) and three Marines with Assault Weapons. The first Deck includes a Motion Sensor and a Flamer.

I painted fixed members for the Decks, and a couple of support weapons which are assigned to the Decks as needed.

Each Squadron has access to a IFV, armed with twin rotary machine guns and twin plasma guns.

The small forward turret is glued in place, the main turret is magnetized and as such can be rotated.
